Adult Concurrent Enrollment
Adult Concurrent Enrollment allows adult learners to take college-level courses at Coalinga College while continuing their personal or professional education journey. This program allows students enrolled in adult education or high school equivalency programs to concurrently enroll as special part time students in community college courses without paying tuition or fees, while pursuing their high school diploma or equivalency certificate. Authorized under California Senate Bill 554 (2019).
As special part-time students under SB 554, students may enroll in community college courses that align with your educational and career goals. Courses should complement your adult education program. Students may enroll in up to 11 units (maximum) per semester.
