Spots on the trips are limited to a certain number of participants, depending on the duration and location of the adventure. Filling out the registration form does not guarantee a spot on the trip; instead, it adds you to a list with other potential participants. Once the registration is closed, the following criteria will be used to develop the attendees list (those who filled out a registration form will be notified of their status via email two weeks before the trip).
- Priority to those registered who have never attended a trip
- Priority to those registered who have attended one trip
- Priority to those registered who have attended two trips and so on.
- Must attend the required In-Community Activity before the trip.
- The registration date (earliest date submitted gets priority) will be used if parties have attended the same number of trips.
