To apply to the WHC International Students Program and attend Coalinga College, you must complete the following 5 steps:
Deadline: July 15th for the Fall Semester and November 15th for the spring semester
The following items must be submitted with your application:
- $50 non-refundable processing fee
- Transcripts from secondary schools and other colleges translated to English
- Financial statement from a banking institution indicating bank account in good standing with sufficient funds for one full academic year
- Current Photo

Schedule and arrange your arrival to the Coalinga College campus

International Students are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Coalinga College.
International students have the option to live on campus during their enrollment at Coalinga College. On campus housing is limited and available on a first come first come first served basis.
Dates are included in the admission package sent to students that have been admitted.
Register for Classes
Upon your arrival you will meet with an Academic Advisor, who will help you register for classes for the first year that you are at Coalinga College. Our REG365 allows you to register for one full year.

All fees for fall/spring semester attendance are due upon registration. Your payment must be received in 24 hours OR a HOLD will be placed on your account and you will not be able to add or drop classes. The HOLD status suspends the processing and issuing of all documents by the college, such as transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and immigration paperwork (I-20).
All delinquent account information will be reported to a collection agency for billing and reporting to all national credit reporting agencies 30 days from the end of each quarter/session. Collection costs as high as 30% will be charged to the student.
