Introduction to Heating and Refrigeration Cycles
HVAC 061 provides students with an introduction to the concepts of how pressure is
used to generate heating and cooling in refrigeration and heat pumps. Maintenance

HVAC Installation and Troubleshooting
HVAC 062 is an intermediate course in the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning
program. Topics include practical and theoretical training in Fasteners, Hardware,
Wiring terminations, Control Circuit and Motor Troubleshooting. This course also
includes troubleshooting the following areas of HVAC systems including cooling, heat
pumps, gas heating, oil heating, and accessories.
