If you are interested in making a difference in people's lives, consider becoming a Certified Nurse Assistant.  The Coalinga College Nurse Assistant Training course prepares students for the field in just nine weeks! 

Students interested in enrolling in the Coalinga College Nurse Assistant Training course must be at least 17 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a physical examination, and submit LiveScan for FBI and DOJ clearances. 

Students studying in the Coalinga College' Nurse Assistant Training course will learn laboratory skills and be provided with in-hospital training.  Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared for the certification examination.

Important Application Information

  • Applications must be completed in full before submission.
  • Only completed applications with all required documents will be accepted for placement.
  • A downloadable application link will be available during the application window.
  • Students selected for placement must attend orientation to submit required documents and complete background check, drug screening, and Live Scan.
  • Only the first 15 completed applications will be accepted for registration due to limited capacity.

Additional Information
  • Students in the Nursing Assisting course are required to wear uniforms.

    Royal Blue Scrubs, Second Hand Watch, Stethoscope, blood pressure cuff and all white shoes (must be completely white/no cloth material). The uniform/supplies are required and the responsibility of the student to obtain after being accepted into the NATP/NAT course.
