Disbursement Calendar | Coalinga College

Effective Fall 2024, all Pell Grants are paid in 2 installments per semester.

Student files must be completed by 5 p.m., 15 days before the listed disbursement date, to allow time for the Business Office to process financial aid refunds. For example, to be included in the August 14th disbursement, student files must be completed by 5 p.m. on July 30th.
